Order Form

Check the Styles & Prices page to see if commissions are open.

  • Character References: (Clear colored images, can be from Pinterest, Google, etc. no written descriptions)

  • Character Name: 

  • Character Personality: (Brief description please, not a wall of text)

  • Who designed the character/species: (Yourself, from a game, another artist, etc.)

  • Notes: (Any extra info/requests, requested poses if any, or whatever else)

  • Commercial Usage: (Yes/No, view what counts as commercial usage here)

  • Paypal Email: (Payments are done through Paypal with an invoice)

  • Social Media: (For emails only - link to Twitter/Insta/etc for commission crediting)

Order Process

Order Placement

  • Check if commissions are open.

    • This is most easily seen in my Twitter bio.

    • Check the Styles & Prices page to see if commissions are open.

  • I will let you know if your order has been accepted or declined.

    • If I have not responded within 72 hours feel free to message me again.

    • Let me know if your Twitter handle changes while waiting.

    • Deadlines can be considered with a rush fee if needed.

    • Let me know of changes to your order anytime while waiting.

Payment​

  • I will contact you later asking you for payment​. Payment is not due unless I am starting on your commission.

    • Full payment is due at this point unless discussed otherwise at a prior time.

    • Please complete payment within 48 hours or else you will be placed at the bottom of the queue.​

  • A sketch will be sent for approval after payment is received.

    • Ask for any changes or corrections at this point. Large changes like pose or outfit changes will cost extra. 

    • Mistakes on my behalf regarding character design will be corrected for free.

    • I will not ask for payment unless I am actively ready to work on your commission.

  • You may ask for WIPs anytime after payment​.

    • Do not abuse this and ask for updates excessively.

  • No refunds are offered after payment since the commission has already been started.​

    • I will finish your commission within 1 - 4 weeks after payment.

    • You will be informed of any possible delays.

Completion

  • The finished image will be sent in .png format.

    • You will be sent a high resolution version for personal use and a resized version for sharing and posting.

  • Small additional changes are okay.

    • 3 color adjustments/minor changes will be fixed free of charge.

    • Any mistakes on my behalf regarding character design will be fixed free of charge.

  • Large changes and redraws will not be accepted.

    • Pose changes, outfit changes, or anything major that requires it to be redrawn will not be accepted.

  • Do not post the high resolution image anywhere. You may post the resized version I provide.

    • I will send you both the high resolution and resized version of the piece.

    • Any watermarks may not be removed​.

    • Do not claim the artwork as your own.
