General Terms

• As the artist I retain all ownership and rights over the artwork I have created. I am allowed to promote myself, use, and share the artwork. 

  • I will always properly credit you as the commissioner.​

• AI Usage - you may not use AI to adjust/complete your commission on any circumstance.

  • This includes taking process pictures of the finished result.

• Commissions cannot be used for commercial use (resale) unless the commercial pricing is paid.​

  • You may print the artwork or create merchandise of it​ for yourself only, you may not sell it or earn profit off of it.

  • This includes NFTs, you may not mint your commission or my art for resale.

• Commission is digital art only, not prints or anything physical.

  • The completed artwork will be sent in .png format​.

  • A layered .psd file is not included.

• The commissioner/artist may not share each other's personal information with any other third parties.​

  • Included but not limited to email, names, etc. 

• I have the right to turn down/cancel your commission at any time.​

  • I will turn down your commission if I feel I am unable to successfully complete it, or if you have been proved troublesome in any way.

  • If I cancel a commission after payment I will refund you the full price.​

Commercial Usage - Anything used to generate profit​

• Commercial usage (x2 price) is allowed for digital content that is not meant for resale.

  • Includes independent creators on Twitch/Youtube/etc. 

  • Profile pictures, promotional material, cover images, panel decor, commercial assets, etc.

  • Credit is not required but appreciated.

  • No commercial usage is needed if the site is not being used for profit (using Twitch just to chat, Youtube just to comment. etc..)

• Commercial artwork cannot be used for resale, such as merchandise, physical or digital.​

Sharing and Posting 

• You may not post the high resolution image anywhere.

  • You may post the resized and watermarked version I provide for you.

• The finished high resolution image will have my watermark on it as well, you may not remove this.

  • This will be in a small corner of the drawing​, unlike the resized version with a larger watermark.

• You cannot claim the artwork as your own.

Refunds

• No refunds are offered after payment is sent unless I am unable to complete your commission. 

  • If I have not finished your commission within a month of payment please reach out to me for a refund.

  • I will not ask for payment unless I am actively ready to work on your commission.

• You are free to cancel or change your commission anytime before payment. ​

  • There are no consequences for changing or cancelling your commission before payment.
